I think I just about have everything lined up for some stainless dip tubes. I'll have some kits made up, just for keggles, then I can do custom tube sizes as well.

Pricing is $7.00 for the dip tube and $20.00 for the dip tube and a stainless swagelok tube x Male NPT adapter. ($15.00 for the adapter only).

And some Pics:

I can also do custom bending, so if you need something, shoot me a PM!

Should be up on the website soon!

Fuckin' Nice dave!

Can you do custom bends? Like if I didn't want a 90deg bend? Hell of a price on that too!

I can bend anything from 0 to 180 degrees. I can only bend 1/2" tube though (the dies are EXPENSIVE).

I'll be placing an order this week for sure. It will be nice not having to lift the brewpot half a dozen times while brewing.

What do you use to bend? They look really nice!

Cool so how do I figure out what angle I need bent?

The pick up I have now is pictured in this thread (http://www.homebrewchatter.com/board/f18/diy-hop-stopper-kettle-screen-pickup-t2550/), can you make that but in 1/2in SS?

Do you want the tube to have a solid, steady bend the entire length, or just like a 45 degree bend so that it comes to the center of the keggle?

I think that a 45 would work, just so long as the bottom of the tube is not parallel to the bottom of the kettle. It really helps with the hopstopper I have in there. Basically let me know what you are able to do. If you can do a sweeping bend like the one I have now, that is cool. If you can only do a 45 to the center of the kettle that is cool too.

Let me get some measurements and PM them to you.

I have found with my drain that if it is parallel to the bottom of the keg it doesn't get good flow.

I am in desperate need of this. Will be in touch as soon as I get my keggle out of the shed.

All you need to do is cut the end of the diptube to any height/angle you want.

Got my diptube, bulkhead, valve and misc stuff today Dave. Now I've got no excuse to not finish that keggle I started nearly a year ago. Thanks for the quick shipping, and for the freebies. (Ordered 5 o-rings, got 8!)

I've always bought this sort of stuff from Bargain Fittings (and have been very happy with them) but Dave's prices are better and you can't beat the service.

Well, my weekend wasn't a total waste of time. At least I got this sucker done.

And no, Dave didn't sell me a stained old thermometer, that was salvaged from another kettle!

Easy build, not a single leak. I'm very thankful for the existence of stepped drill bits!
