Continuity of work removes the need to replace the contents of the container. More efficient and more secure from common devices of this type!

The device is my own adaptation of solutions commonly used in alcohol-distilling industry.

Facts:

* The process of distillation takes place several times during the duration of one production process.
* It is a low pressure device – the pressure is similar to the pressure of an inflated balloon.
* The temperature at the bottom heating part can be up to 100 degrees C , in the upper collecting part up to 80 degrees C – which is safer than boiling water for coffee in a kettle.
* The application of bucket type shelves gives great working stability to the device without the risk of flooding, blockage, of plugging it.
Switching it off suddenly, reducing or increasing the amount of energy supply does not destabilize the device. Shelves act as a big damper delaying or speeding up the whole internal process. This has no impact on the quality of the reflux.
* The alcohol obtained this way is of high-purity – does not require any filtration.
Short start-up time, after 20-30min device produces full output power of alcohol.
* In the course of its work you can, at any time, choose a bouquet of flavors for vodka, by switching the shelf – the last three shelves are recommended.

Depending on the alcohol amount in the wine or other factor, 60-90% of alcohol can be obtained in the six-time distillation process.

*The device works only on an ongoing basis. I mean that the wine or the ferment is passed through the device on an overflow basis – a continuous process – has an inlet and an outlet. Alcohol also is received on an ongoing basis.
* Alcohol vapors leaving the device are already condensed to some extent so there is no need for a large cooler.
* The device is created using the roofer method soldered to the pleat – details in the construction documentation.
* Due to the fact the device operates at low temperature, low pressure connections were made using silicone + band. It resulted from the fact that as a prototype it had to be dismantled and checked – the degree of part wear. After many work cycles the state of the device`s interior was perfect. No signs of wear, etc.
