Looks great! Excellent work.

A bit of feedback, both of which are really more stylistic choices than anything.

I would cover the black over 'Let's visit Dan who is crushing the grain' with a cut away. Doesn't have to be him actually crushing the grain, could be just a beer being poured or something else. Slop it over his standup in front of the taps for a few seconds. Bridging your v/o and his standup this way will help continuity.

How about a BC.tv logo over the music in the outro?

Looks really good. My only comment is that I thought it was a bit odd when you left the guy talking about the temperatures on for so long, and then suddenly cut away from him to show other stuff.

You could throw up a full screen graphic(branded with the logo of course) with the mash temps and stuff he is talking about, and save your cutaways for later in the segment.

I would also suggest putting a CNN type transparent bug in the lower right corner.

Yea, not much I can do til I get some wireless mics which I Just don't have the funds for right now. The shotgun mic does a good job of at least getting the targeted voice above the background noise.
