Checking to say hi to you all.

I am Tom. My wife Teri and I live in Cheshire Oregon, which is about 16 miles north of Eugene. Teri and I both brew. Usually we brew at the same time on separate systems and sometime we brew alone. It is cool to have a wife who will brew on her own :)

Hoping to make some nice new friendships here and share our experience in brewing.

Cheers,
Tom

That's so awesome. My wife won't even drink beer, she says it tastes like soap. Welcome to the forum!

Welcome Tom, so who makes the better beer, you or Teri? ;)

She has her 5 favorites and does a pretty good job on them. We both made fresh hop beers last year, mine sucked and hers was great. She'll tell you though that it is because she has such a great teacher :D

Hi from the other side of the state. We dont have web feet here. We have skin like lizards cause it is so hot here.:Tumbleweed:

Have never heard of Cheshire, but I am sure I have been by it.

I wish my wife would drink beer. She wont even attempt. Although, after reading bout mead, I bet she might.

Any how glad to see a fellow Oregonian here. Even if you are from the "Valley":D

Man, work and our yard are consuming 100% of my time. I have not been able to brew since May and probably won't be able to brew until July. There are 7 empty kegs waiting to be cleaned.

Thankfully I have several bottles of beer left in the cellar and my neighbor works for Ninkasi Brewing in Eugene and gives me beer from the brewery.

I know the feeling, I've got a 2 or 3 month hiatus in front of me right now :(
