If I was in the Austin area, I would buy this ebay item in a heartbeat.

A stainless Steel water heater, that you can set the temp up to 195 and it has a bottom drain on it!(the unit mounts horizontal) This would make a perfect Electric HLT!

How would you get the grain int the thing? It is an electric water heater that is made from stainless

Dude that would be sweet! I had to make one like that and i don't even have a thermostat on mine. That is awesome that it goes up to 195deg i can't find a hot water tank thermostat that goes that high, 150 is the highest i have seen.
