OG: 1.063
FG:
SRM: 7.8
IBU: 40.9
Fermentation Data: 68deg 7 days
Yeast: WLP001
Base Malt: American 2 Row
Thought this one up on the fly as i was setting up equipment. Just used what was on hand and not needed for other beers in the plans.
Malt:
18lb American 2 Row
5lb Maris Otter
1lb Biscuit
12oz 60l
Hops:
.25oz Northern Brewer FWT
1.5oz Northern Brewer 60min
.25oz Cascade 30min
.25oz Cascade 20min
.5oz Nugget 10min
.5oz Cascade 5min
Yeast:
White Labs Cali Ale WLP001
Mash:
Single Infusion at 155deg, 1.25qts:1gal Water to Grain Ratio
Well came in a little low on the gravity, came in at 1.060, but i did run off about 13 gallons so i was a tad high on my volume. I expect it will ferment out to a 1.010-1.012. I am keeping this one around to expand on because the wort tasted wonderful, i think that the pound of biscuit really set this one apart, but only time will tell.
