That is my recipe. I made it I in 2003. Turned out pretty good. It was made for my daughters wedding. I am thinking about making it again. This recipe got around. I uploaded it IIRC to Skotrats Promash Recipe archive? The reason I haven't made it is that all the ingredients have to be done on-line. We have absolutely useless homebrew shops. Too expesnive for the time being, but I may bite the bullet this summer and brew it again.
