1 lb. honey malt
8 oz. Belgian aromatic
8 oz. American crystal 40L
1 lb. American crystal 60L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.5 oz. Magnum (14.2% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Amarrillo (8.9% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 10 min.)
.25 oz. Amarrillo (8.9% AA, 10 min.)

I definitely tasted the honey. I bet it was the aromatic that gave it the biscuity aroma but not flavor. I'm gonna do practically the same grainbill but throw in a half pound of biscuit too and see what happens.

Yeah it totally gives it that great aroma, I use about a pound of biscuit in my Irish red and it gives it that flavor. So if that's what your looking for then you should add that to it for sure.. Glad you seem to like it,. I can't wait for the IPA
