sure do here it is
8 lbs 2 row
1 lbs crystal 40l
.5 lbs cara pils
1 oz amarillo 20 min
1 oz cascade 20 min
1 oz amarillo 7 min
1 oz cascade 7 min
.5 oz amarillo 0 min
.5 oz cascade 0 min
1 oz amarillo dry
1056 yeast.
im shooting for 80% efficency since thats what i had on the last 3 brews so the og should be 1.049 and the ibu should be almost 38. im still debating on dry hopping it or not. i guess i will taste it as i rack it to a secondary and see how it is to decide weither to dry hop it or not.

5.0 oz of hops + dryhopping?! Are you sure that's a pale ale and not an IPA?

even though its 5 ounces of hops the ibu is only 37. it should have lots of hop flavor and aroma without all of the bitter

Yeah, he doesn't start hopping until 20 minutes, so it's still a low(er) IBU.

I am intrigued by late hop only beers. I did a Late Hop Brown that turned out amazing.

Nah, brewed an ESB today. How'd yours end up Ben? I came in a gallon short. I swear I'll never get my water amounts down right. Tried to go exactly by the book today using exact measurements and calculations.

Mines just started some slow airlock activity. Only 4 hours since pitching. I didn't even make a starter, just used the smack pack. Tried to make a starter yesterday, but failed miserably with a stove top mash... did everything all backwards.

Think I'm gonna take a pull of my english tonight. Got home and it has completely stopped fermenting, so gonna see if it's done. If so, I'll be amazing. Started at 1.065ish
