With the wheat, I'd prb ditch the flaked barley and think about bumping up to S33 over S04.

I'd even pitch a couple packs of US05 on that bear and call it done!

I would ditch the flaked barley and replace it with all roasted barley. you really want a big roasted barley flavor in an RIS.

Nice touch with the Honey malt. that should add a nice underlying character to the beer.
