I have the following misc. ingredients in my fridge. They are all small amounts so I'm htinking of using htem in a one gallon batch. Have a look at hte ingredients and let me know what you think I should brew - don't be shy as I'm open to something odd. Feel free to add some new stuff but use what is there:

-1 lbs. Crystal (25L)
-1 lbs. Roasted Barley
- about a 1/3 lbs. honey malt
-Mutons Dry Yeast (E491) Ale yeast or Red Star Champagne yeast

I guess it all boils down to what ale can use equal amounts of crystal and barley...

I also have:
many pounds of fresh frozen blackberries
apples
a lot of honey
most "extras": cinimon, vinilla, brwn sugar, etc..

You have anything for a base malt? ... might be kind of interesting to steep 3 or 4 oz of roaste, 4 oz of crystal and honey malt, not use a base grain at all and get the majority of your fermentables from honey or fruit.

If you're going to mash it, you may need some base malt in there, the diastatic power on the roasted barley will be almost nill. I think that the crystal is just two row, but it has been kilned so the enzymes just won't be there to convert the other two malts. A dose of 6 row should add all the enzymes you need, like 3/4-1/2 pound should do the trick.
