Used my new, and first, wort chiller tonignt. I'm so hapy I think I'm oging to cry. Why didn't I get one of these sooner...

Immersion. Got hte cheapest one I could find ($50). I'm cheap.

My sink. Or, durnign the summer I'd just thorow an air lock on it and pitch the yeast the next morning.

While I have your attention. For hte first itme I just dumped my dry yeast into the carboy. Is there a delay in Ferm?

Yeah, there will be a delay, but nothing to worry about. I've had fermentation take up to three days to get started with no ill effects.
