I kind of set my own hours, but there are definitely days that I have something I really should get done and I talk myself into thinking there's no rush. Or, I should wait to hear back from a client first even though I have everything I need to get started.
What a hobby.

I have but with a 2 year old and a wife as a full time student I have to take a day off to get anything done by myself.

I do every now and then, but not often enough. I got an extra week of vacation starting this year, so there will certainly be more days off for brewing. 4 weeks of vacation kicks ass.

Since my days are technically "off" (watch the kid and study for CCNA) instead of taking days off, I just teach my son how to brew!

I am taking Sat off from being Daddy (for a couple of hours anyway) so I can brew!

What works for me is when I brew the 3 year old gets his own pot of water (cold) and a spare mash paddle and he gets to "make beer" with me.

No, but that would be awesome. I do however love to take advantage of three day weekends for some brew action.
