I am going to brew on Father's day and I am looking to be sold on either a BGS or a Tripel. I don't have a good recipe for either and want a good starting point. I am also going to brew a dark mild, but I need something good and Belgian.
Help me out!
Evan!

Duvus (http://www.homebrewchatter.com/board/showthread.php?t=4244&highlight=duvus). Won a national 3rd place BIS with it.

Done. That is what I needed to hear. A good actual result that has been brewed more than once.
Did you use the same fermentation temp profile the second (and subsequent) times? Do you know what your pitching rate was?
Thanks!

I did use the same temps. Pitching rate, not quite certain. If you look down in that thread, though, I think I mention that I made a ~3L starter for 5 gallons.

I've had Evan!'s BGSA and it was fantastic.
I'm sure BLL's was, but didn't taste it.
