I already posted this ( http://www.homebrewchatter.com/board/showthread.php?t=15545 ) but I want to archive the recipe. I'm extremely pleased with the way it turned out.
4 gallon batch
4# 60/40% 2 row American pale/ Wheat LME
12oz red wheat
8oz Carapils
4oz Melanoiden
1oz Tettnanger (Equal additions at 60, 30, 15 minutes)
Steep grains at 155 for 45 minutes.
Wyeast 3068
I primed with 1/2 cup + 1 teaspoon sugar boiled in 2 cups water.
This yeast works QUICKLY. 10 days in the fermenter and 6 days in the bottle and it tastes great.
