This is our annual grain order that just arrived.This should get us 200 gals(we stay right aroud a 20# grain bill for our 11-12 gal batches)easily.You're looking at;
55#Munich malt
110#Pilsner malt
80#Wheat malt
150#2-row
10#Crystal 150
25#Biscuit malt
25#Dextrin malt
I dig the sacks the stuff came in,AHS shipped in clear plastic.I used 19 5gal buckets to store it all in.The outfit i ordered from never sent an invoice so i don't know what the specific costs per lb are yet but the bill was $631.Add $125 for shipping and its close to $750 delivered.Say $250 more for hops and yeast(dry) and you got a grand.$1000 for beer for the next year or so....not bad eh?
