I'm looking for a good chocolate porter recipe. I've seen a few on here but I need an extract recipe. Thanks!

If there is one that looks good to you, post it up and I'm sure someone will convert it to extract for you.

Define Chocolate.
I guess I need clarification on what you're looking for in this beer. I use chocolate malt for "chocolate" porters. Others will add real chocolate or cocoa.

Well to be honest I guess I reallly don't know. First time doing one. I like a decently promint chocolate flavor but not overpowering. I'm open to all advice/suggestions

I've made this 3 or 4 times. I really like how it turns out. It's similar to Black Butte Porter (Deschutes). If you are looking for more chocolate you could add more chocolate malt or chocolate flavoring. I've added 3 oz of flavoring to a 5 gallon batch with great success.
6.5 lbs liquid amber malt
1 lbs dry dark malt
1 lbs crystal 60L
.25 lb chocolate malt
.25 lb black patent
.25 lb malto-dextrin
1.5 oz cascade 9%AA (60min)
1 oz cascade 9%AA (flame out)
1 whirlfloc tablet (15min)
US05 yeast - 2 packets @65-68
Usually SG ~1.061
Usually FG ~ 1.015
Primary 2-3 weeks
Bottle 2 weeks
