So I was reading through a thread from last year where many members listed their best beer of the year along with the recipe. That got me thinking it would be awesome to have a "Best Recipe" thread or database where we could go to see each members best. I know I would like such a listing.
My hope is that everyone will put their single best beer here and update it is it changes.
My best beer is definitely Titania.
http://i938.photobucket.com/albums/ad230/Boerderij_Kabouter/Beer%20labels/Titania_WLP029.png
Titania is an American wheat pale ale that has very citrusy notes, very low bitterness, and a huge hop flavor/aroma.

My best beer was definitely a Kolsch. Recipe is simple since it's all in the fermentation.

5% Munich 10L
5% Wheat Malt

I know the Hops are hard to get these days, but if you've got 'em it's a winner.

Here's a recent favorite. It's loosely based on Jamil's Evil Twin recipe, and my only complaint is that it was too brown, when I was going for red. I'll decrease the chocolate a tad in all future versions, but otherwise it's perfect.

I'll post this, but it's Brew Pastors recipe. This beer is stupid good, could also be made as an ale with a yeast change, as a lager it's very smooth and drinkable, and dangerous at 8%. Been getting nothing but positive feedback on it.

I know these hops are hard to come by. I haven't brewed this myself for a while because I don't have them in stock and am unable/unwilling to purchase them at today's market prices. Also, if brewing today, I'd probably use WY1275 or WY1318 to ferment.
The slight roast from the CarafaII really pairs well with the Amarillo/Simcoe combination. It's been a favorite of mine over the past few years.

Definitely Monolith RIS, but at 1.150 OG, I don't see many people brewing it.
Sooo, I'll post one more people would brew. Picking a best out of my other beers is tough. I guess I will go with my Irish Red that got a Gold Medal in the Upper Mississippi Mash Out competition (1000 entries total) just recently :D

By far my Pale Ale recipe. The Amarillo is kind of a bitch to find these days. I've got this sitting in primary waiting to be kegged right now. Can't wait. I fucking love this beer.

Haha yea I don't think I've posted about it. My Robust Porter (1st shot at a porter, hah) got a Bronze and my Imperial Smoked Porter (at 1yr, great taste, low carbonation though) got a Bronze as well in the same comp. :D . I guess I could post those here or elsewhere. I may tweak them though. Hell I'm still going to try different things with the Irish Red. I should really start entering more comps. I've entered 2, once when I first started brewing (FES got 3rd), and this last one. Oh, also, I have a total ghetto all grain system. My fermentation temps are "the cooler room, or the warmer room". Brew with aluminum pots, plastic cooler with brass and copper fittings, dump everything from the kettle (i do use hop bags, so all the other residue) into plastic buckets I've been using for 3 years with scrapes all on the inside, and use unfiltered tap water for damn near all brews (except really light beers). Oh yea, and the beers were bottled directly from the tap. Lowered psi, held bottle to tap, purge headspace with Airgun CO2 cartridges. I bet if I asked if all that would make good beer I would be told no. :D

Haha exactly. I see no reason to spend thousands on some fancy brewing system. I use those $5 "lab-type" thermometers as well. I do make yeast starters and pitch them once the wort is cooled below 70*F. 65 is ideal, 60 for certain beers. While the wort is cooling it sits outside completely exposed.

It's a tie between the Rasputin clone:
Original Gravity: 1.091 (1.075 - 1.115)
Terminal Gravity: 1.023 (1.018 - 1.030)
Color: 29.69 (30.0 - 40.0)
Alcohol: 9.05% (8.0% - 12.0%)
Bitterness: 75.8 (50.0 - 90.0)
Ingredients:
16 lb 2-Row Brewers Malt
1 lb Crystal 30L
.5 lb English Brown Malt
.5 lb Chocolate
1 lb Caramel Malt 120L
.25 lb Roasted Barley
1.75 oz Northern Brewer (10.2%) - added during boil, boiled 60 m
.75 oz Northern Brewer (10.2%) - added during boil, boiled 2 m
1 oz Amarillo (9.5%) - added during boil, boiled 2 m
1 ea Whirlfloc Tablets (Irish moss) - added during boil, boiled 15 m
1 ea White Labs WLP007 Dry English Ale
...and the last session, which is a recipe that was spur of the moment and some of the ingredients were not really measured out. Part of the confusion is that it contains about 2lbs of grain that was measured out for a beer that I didn't get around to brewing and don't remember what the grist combination was :D
