But I'm wondering whether its a little too "busy" .... too many ingredients might result in a muddled flavor, although the US-05 should help.

The grain bill looks nice. The Hallertau may "muddy" it up a touch, but I think it's in line with quite a few decent malt backbone Pale Ale recipes

Good point.... maybe I'll sub another small addition of Amarillo at flameout.

I'd probably move the centennial, as at 45 minutes it's not really "doing" anything for you. I love centennial/amarillo as a combo, so I'd move it to 15 minutes.

I agree. I would move the centennial back where it will add something other than bitterness. Maybe just replace the Hallertau with the centennial.

Looks like a solid apa with a bit of complexity and a nice hop profile.
