BrewMeister Jeff's beer went on a train ride

BrewMeister Jeff's beers were supposed to be delivered while I was on vacation, but UPS failed me. I checked ups while on vacation and it showed delayed train derailment yeah WTF. I checked it today and it shows the package was out for delivery 3 days after that then on the 4th day it shows damaged during shipping.

BrewMeister Jeff if they pay you back for the shipping will you send me more?

So I called UPS to figure out what the fuck goes on.

I get the standard run around and then the BIG CAPTAIN FUCK WAD on the phone tells me that my package wasn't properly packaged at a UPS Store so they cannot reimburse me the coverage.
