The head dissapated pretty quick, with very little lacing.
Aroma:
very floral... lots of hops on the nose
Flavor:
Sharp, and decently hoppy. Like every IPA I have ever had, it seems to be amplifying other flavors. I thought I had washed my mouth out well before drinking this one, but early on in tasting this one, every drink brought back hints of the sausage I ate for dinner... which was not at all unpleasant, but definitely messed with my ability to pick out the flavors of this beer. After the sausage went away, all I could think of was how much I wished I had something spicy to eat with this beer... I love a hoppy beer with spicy food.
Mouthfeel:
Slick, seems to be the word that comes to mind. Not heavily carbed, very easy drinking.
Overall:
I really enjoyed this one... as I tried to write this review, it becomes clear to me that I have a lot to learn about beer tasting.
