"We just got the word. The Carboy manufacturer in Mexico stopped production so the Italian Carboys are the only ones left. The glass carboys will soon be around $40-$50 each retail. Stock up now if you like glass carboys."

there has to be more carboy makers than one... I know my 5 gallon one is from mexico but i thought my 6 and 6.5 where from elsewhere

Italy also produces them, but the price is going to jump to 50-60 a carboy.

If you have a Old Timde Pottery in your area they have 5 gallon carboys for $20
