The RTA (road traffic authority) are notorius for allowing road works at peak traffic times, now the road workers are really rubbing the motorists noses into it by this little gem. Love it or hate it depending on your point of veiw. It would be a sure bet that there were a few fingers accompanied by a shout of "arseholes" given
