I finally ordered some stuff for a Belgian dark strong ale.

I got a couple of pounds of Carafa III, and some Belgian dark syrup that everyone talks so much about. So here comes a Belgian Dark strong.

oh also got some Saison Ale Blend WLP568 yeast need to check our recipes for a saison now.

Dude! Your gonna love that carafa III. I still have a few pounds of it. Only takes a little, but it really adds some depth and makes a killer BDSA.

As far as Saison goes, we should really get a Saison swap going. I know ryan has a tasty one and mine should be ready in a 5 or 6 weeks.
