1lb Hammer!
Pours a slightly hazy but very nice copper color. Smells of nice citrus hops and malt. The taste is slightly bitter with a nice hop flavor to back it up. A little maltiness is present to help balance it out. The aftertaste is primarily of hop flavor. I definitely enjoyed this beer.
Now, I really feel like a lot of the flavors and aromas were lost from it going from cold, to very warm from shipping, to cold again - also from minimal carbonation. It's happened to my beers and they have been very different. Judging how these things affected my beer I can definitely see what it used to be and would absolutely LOVE to have this beer fresh from the tap. Good job Flan!

Cigar City Jai Alai
The beer pours a very nice, but hazy, golden-amber color. The head is the best part of the appearance. It pours with about an inch of head and the retention is fantastic. The aroma is excellent as well with notes of citrus hops blending together with subtle sweetness of slight vanilla, oak, and malt flavors. The taste is bitter with much of the same characteristics of the aroma, with a slight hint of peach, spice and cinnamon. The aftertaste is mainly bitterness, hop flavor, a bit of oak, and finishing with the same very slight spiciness and cinnamon. This is probably one of the best IPAs I've had, up there with Dreadnaught and Pliny the Elder. Fantastic beer.

Dunedin Red Head
The beer pours a very clear dark ruby red. There is initially about 3/4 inch of head which dissipates fairly quickly leaving behind a very thin layer. The aroma is primarily of malt and dark fruits, which I really enjoy, however it is not very strong. Upfront the flavor is subtle maltiness balance by fair bitterness. The fruitiness barely comes through in the flavor. There is just a hint of roastiness in the aftertaste, with it finishing dry. I think this makes for a very nice session beer. It's not going to blow you away, but I think it is a great beer for what it is - a very easy drinking Amber Ale with some nice flavor to it.
