And it is going FULL FORCE. Yeast are dancing around in there like it's a disco. I'd love to get this guy up to 90+ but don't think that's gonna happen. Smells delicious, this sucker is gonna be awesome and I got 8 gallons of it!!!

566. This is 2nd generation. The first batch dried out to 1.006, so I hope I don't encounter the same thing you did with it!

You could always throw a heated blanket around it if you wanted it to get warmer. What are you fermenting in?
